Business Support Services
MAX16 provides business support services designed to support organisations seeking to build business cases on the deployment of new network enabled services. This support ranges from business case reviews, business model creation, to cost and capital requirements planning. MAX16 has been called upon to provide these services in support of licence applications, investor fund raising, and government grant applications.

Technical feasibility and solution services
MAX16 provides technical feasibility, network architecture and solution design, and capital requirements support. These services enable our clients to fully understand the impact and direction of key technologies that may impact their business, assess the risks and opportunities such technologies might create if employed in the customer’s scenario, thereby enabling the selection of the best technology mix to fit the task required. Following feasibility, tests MAX16 has the capabilities to design network architectures and solutions that best match our clients’ deployment needs resulting in architecture designs and solutions definitions.

Vendor selection
MAX16 will work with or on behalf of the client to select the vendors’ best suited to meet the customers’ requirements. This phase will involve the definition of agreed vendor selection criteria, a specification of requirement, vendor search and approach, and tender response and selection management.

Deployment
MAX16 has the practical experience of creating and managing testbeds and pre-production system test environments, and access to the project management expertise and roll-out skills to manage deployments. This experience has been developed in some of the toughest commercial environments.

Network operations performance
MAX16 will audit, troubleshoot and review your network implementation and implement or make recommendations on how best to improve service, cost, or revenue performance and troubleshoot specific problems on the network.
